“Because it’s fun” or “because it makes you happy.” are reasons for doing something.

They either think you are pretentious. You’re an asshole. Or your bad grammar deeply offends them.

I don’t understand why people feel so offended by ordinary people’s fashion choices. Unless you’re a celebrity on the red carpet,I just don’t know why anyone would care.
